Use this Greggs nutrition guide to understand the serving basis behind the selected figures in our menu pages. It is a reading guide, not dietary advice.

Compare the same serving basis

Check whether the number describes an item, a complete meal, a range of sizes or an ingredient portion. These are different measurements. A per-100g label also differs from the total for a portion that weighs more or less than 100g.

For a custom order, include the components you actually select. A side, drink, sauce or extra ingredient can be part of your finished meal even if it is not part of the main item’s standard figure. Use the official calculator where one is provided.

Read more than the calorie figure

Use the official source for the fuller nutrition profile when you need it. Compare the product name, portion and recipe before drawing a conclusion from one number. Different versions of a familiar item should keep their own source information.

A guide can help organise the data, but it cannot measure the exact portion served at your restaurant. Standard values describe a reference formulation and may not capture every preparation or serving variation.

Sodium questions

If you are comparing sodium values, use the current official figures for the exact items and serving sizes. MenuBye has not assembled a ranked low-sodium menu in this edition, so no item is labelled low sodium here.

For a medically prescribed diet, seek guidance from your clinician or dietitian and confirm ingredient and preparation questions with the restaurant. A keyword asking for a low-sodium meal is not evidence that a particular food meets your needs.

Find the official reference

Visit the official Greggs nutrition/allergen information and use the product links in the restaurant guide.

The menu snapshot was checked on 10 October 2026. If your order uses a newer recipe or a different size, prefer the current restaurant information over a historical figure.
